When will my returned patient feedback forms be processed?

When returning your completed patient feedback forms to L2P, if you have scanned and emailed them to 360@L2P.co.uk, you will receive an email confirmation which will note when your forms will be imported and should there be any issues with processing your forms, this too will be communicated.

Please note that once L2P Processing Team has received your forms, the processing of your forms takes a few days. 

All forms received by Wednesday 1.00 pm, will be processed and uploaded to the system on Friday (the same week).   

All forms received after Wednesday's 1:00 pm cut-off, will be processed and uploaded to the system the following Friday.

To receive your MSF report:

Please ensure you have provided at least the minimum number of responses as defined by your organisation.

Please ensure that you complete your Self Assessment.

If you need assistance with your report being released, please contact the individual the report is released to for reviewing
