If you have an appraisal which has been completed off the L2P system such as a MAG form, you can have this uploaded to your L2P account.
Depending on your institution settings, you may have the option to upload your appraisal document directly from your L2P account.
On your L2P account, you will see all your appraisal slots/years and next to the appraisal, an option will appear to 'Upload appraisal'.
Select 'Upload appraisal' and you will be given the options to upload documents and add in data such as your appraiser name and meeting date. This can then be submitted to your Appraisal Team to review and sign off.
If an option does not appear to upload your appraisal, this could be either due to your institutional settings or because you have already started your appraisal on L2P and it is in progress, in these cases, send your appraisal to your Appraisal Team directly for them to upload to L2P.
If an appraisal slot/year does not appear, contact your Appraisal Team directly to create the appraisal for you.
