You can request Participants to be added to your job plan. More Participants can be allocated to the job plan, even when the minimum criteria have been met.
Any request for Participants will be approved by your Administrator. As an Administrator, you will also be able to adjust the assigned Participants on a job plan as well as change the status if required.
The minimum number of signatories will be determined by your organisation but this doesn’t have a maximum.
Here you can see the different roles it is possible to give to a participant. To clarify what access each role gives, below is a table confirming those details.
Role | Edit Access | Job Plan Discussion | Sign off Access |
Editor | ü |
|
|
Attendee |
| ü |

Signatory | ü |

Final Signatory | ü |

Participants are emailed when they are added or removed from the job plan. However, they are only emailed immediately when added if the configuration setting ‘Notify participants immediately’ has been enabled. If not they would not go out till the end of the day. If this is a setting you would like to enable, you would need to contact either your Job Plan implementation team/L2P support team.
NOTE: The more signatories that are added to the approval process, the longer it may take to fully complete so it is advisable to ensure that the time allowed is sufficient.
