There are two ways to reset a manager account:
- When a manager has not logged into L2P there is an option to resend the welcome email from their manager profile:
- If the manager has logged in to L2P then you would reset their login using the “Forgotten your password” button
NOTE: Option two can be done by the manager directly. However, it is worthwhile to check they have the correct login details.
