Non-scheduled Activities

Non-scheduled activities are activities that have no set schedule for when they occur. By setting them as non-scheduled it enables them to be recorded despite not knowing exactly when they would be taking place. 

To add a non-scheduled activity:

• Select non-scheduled activity when editing or adding an activity.
• Select how many times this occurs in the year.
• Define the duration of the activity and whether this is all standard time, or some hours should be recorded as premium time.
