Scheduled Activities

Modified on Mon, 29 Jul, 2024 at 12:34 PM

A scheduled activity is the most predictable in terms of when it happens, and it would have three fixed elements:

  • Cycle/Frequency/Schedule.
  • Day/s.
  • Start and end times.

An example of a scheduled activity would be attending a weekly MDT that always happens on the same day at the same time or an admin task that you may do every Monday morning.

Weekly events will often happen the same number of times as your Attending/working weeks unless they become reduced by priority work.
