Summary of Job Plan Notifications

With the L2P system, there are several different job plan notifications. Below is a list of the current notification titles and when they are sent out;

Notify doctor of activity template assignment – When an activity template is assigned to a job plan.

Notify doctor of activity template change – When an activity template is changed in a job plan.

Notify doctor of activity template removal – When an accepted activity template is removed from a job plan.

Notify doctor of booking date - When a job plan meeting is booked, or the booking is changed.

Notify doctor of due date - When a job plan due date is added.

Notify doctor of due date change - When a job plan's due date is changed.

Notify doctor of referral - When a final signatory or admin refers a job plan back to the doctor.

Notify final signatory to review - When the doctor and other signatories have signed.

Notify institution of activity template rejection - When a doctor rejects an assigned activity template.

Notify institution of completion - When a job plan is changed to any of the defined completion states.

Notify institution of PA limit review - When a doctor requests a review of a job plan with PAs exceeding the limit.

Notify institution of partial activities - Only sent if the ‘Enable partial activity notifications’ option is set. Then sent when there is a configurable number of days before a partial activity starts late or ends early.

Notify institution of review due date - When an admin or final signatory sets a review due date.

Notify institution of review due date change - When an admin or final signatory sets a review due date.

Notify manager of enabled activity template - To the template creator when a priority activity template is enabled.

Notify manager of enabled job plan template - To the template creator when a job plan template is enabled.

Notify new user added as manager - When a new user is added as a job plan manager.

Notify participant of booking date - When a job plan meeting is booked or the booking is changed.

Notify participant of job plan - Only if set to send notifications immediately in the job plan configuration, otherwise, see scheduled ‘Notify participant of job plans’. If this is enabled then sends when a participant is added to a job plan. 

Notify participant of job plans - When a participant has been added to or removed from a job plan and has not yet been notified. If the participant has been added to or removed from a single job plan, the scheduled job sends the ‘Notify participant of job plan’ or ‘Notify participant of removal from job plan’ email instead.


Notify participant of removal from job plan - Only if set to send notifications immediately in the job plan configuration, otherwise, see scheduled ‘Notify participant of job plans.’ If it is set though sends when a participant is removed from a job plan.


Notify signatory of referral - When a final signatory or admin refers a job plan back to the doctor.

Remind doctor to complete job plan - Only sent if no one has signed the job plan and it does not have a completion status. If that is the case it is sent at the start of the job planning period (institution setting) or at the start of the job planning month.

Remind doctor to sign job plan – Only sent if the doctor has not signed the job plan and it does not have a completion status. The institutional settings mean that institutions define the exact time frames so this would be sent X days after the later of the booking/meeting/due date. Then it is repeated every X week/s until Y weeks after the initial reminder.


Remind signatory to sign job plan - Only sent if the signatory has not signed the job plan and it does not have a completion status. The institutional settings mean that institutions define the exact time frames so this would be sent X days after the later of the booking/meeting/due date. Then it is repeated every X week/s until Y weeks after the initial reminder.

Request amended job plan - When a doctor requests an amended job plan.

Request participant change - When a doctor requests another participant for their job plan.

Request participant to view job planWhen a doctor asks this participant to review a job plan.

 

NOTE: Some notifications may be dependent on Organisation settings.
