You cannot sign off a job plan that has conflicting activities.
Multiple cycles of activities can be recorded within the same job plan without having to arrange all the activities around one “best fit” cycle/frequency. Where multiple cycles of activities combine (especially monthly and weekly activities) L2P is more likely to uncover where activities overlap leading to conflicts.
When there are conflicting activities there will be a clear indicator that this is happening as shown in the screenshot below and this will be evident in each summary tab:
The exclamation marks, when selected, provide insight into how the activities are conflicting – please see the guide on Resolving Conflicts.
