Objectives cannot be specifically linked to activities but can be expanded upon through the description of the objective or in how the objective is going to be met.
To record an objective:
- Go to “Edit Job Plan”
- Select “Objectives” – Any Trust and Department objectives that have been set up will also be visible if they have been set up by your Organisation.
- Add your Objectives and use the middle free text box to describe how you are going to achieve this objective. Mention any specific activity that happens in your job plan and assists in achieving this objective.
