Can I link my appraisal and job plan on L2P?

The appraisals and job plans are not linked but, can be exported and added in to the other as a document. If you use L2P for appraisal and job planning then both systems will be accessible through the same login

To attach an appraisal to your annual job plan you should:

1. Navigate to “Other Comments” in section one for editing your job plan.
2. Once you have selected the “Add document” button, you will be able to link the relevant appraisal to the job plan.

       

 

NOTE: You should have a clear title for the document because you may have other other documents attached to your job plan. Some activities in your job plan might be linked to objectives in your appraisal and it will be helpful to summarise this in the comments section but this is not mandatory.
