Signing off a job plan happens in four stages:
- Edit Job Plan – this contains multiple sections.
- Notify Participants – the notification will come through to the participants via an email.
- Job Plan Discussion – The discussion date is not always recorded in the system but adding it to the system can be helpful to the system Administrators.
- Signatures – where all parties involved in the approval of the job plan electronically add their signature.
You may not fill in a job plan sequentially through the four stages, especially in the Edit job plan section. This does give you the flexibility to return to sections at a later point if you need to
Once you have completed your job plan, the system will copy it over to form the basis for the next year's job plan. When this appears on your job planning dashboard will be determined by the Organisations settings.
NOTE: Sections 2 and 3 are not mandatory in the system but this will not stop you from creating and agreeing a job plan.
