What do I do once I am happy with the content of my job plan?

When you are happy with the content of your job plan there are three more steps to completing the process for that year:

  1. Edit job plan.     √
  2. Notify participants.
  3. Job plan discussion.
  4. Signatures.

The next step in completing your annual job plan will be to Notify Participants and let them know that you are ready for them to review it. When you go into the Notify Participants section, you may see a notice asking for further explanation about the number of PAs within the job plan.  

NOTE: If your job plan does exceed more hours/PAs than your organisation has stipulated, then providing a detailed explanation can help to prepare for the job plan discussion.
