What does the Job Plan Managers Dashboard look like?

The managers dashboard shows either the departments that are assigned to the manager account and the participants or just the participants (depending on the manager profile settings):


The dashboard has 10-13 columns that can sort the information and an option to filter by department. This is helpful if there are twenty or more people on the manager dashboard.
Sorting information by Status is useful to group similar tasks together but there is also the option to view any action that you need to complete in the TOP TASKS tab.


This will identify which task needs your attention and the number of job plans it is relevant to. When you select the task, the job plans that need you to update them will show on the dashboard.

 

NOTE: To review the dashboard again, you can select Clear tasks filter or Open top tasks list to return to TOP TASKS.
