What types of contracts can be used for job planning?

L2P facilitates different staffing groups in doing Job Planning and these are primarily:

• Consultants
• Speciality and Associate Specialists
• Agenda for Change

These staffing groups can have vastly different job plans, and it is highly likely that they will be in one of two groups:

1. Consultant and Speciality and Associate Specialist doctor types of contracts
2. Agenda for Change contracts – Allied Health Professionals (but not limited to this Staffing Group)

The Contract section is within each job plan, and you should complete/check this to ensure it is correct each time you job plan. 

This example shows the Contract types for the Consultant and Speciality and Associate Specialist doctor. It is important to record the correct contract type as this may affect how your activities calculate values such as the PA’s. Please refer to your Administrator for further information. 

NOTE: The contract selection could differ if/when you sign a new contract with your employer so you would need to reflect this in your job plan at the point that this changes.
