Signatures on a job plan

Each year, the final part of the job planning process would be for all parties to Sign off.

You and other participants would complete the signature electronically through the unique logins: 


Once all participants have signed off the job plan status will be Completed, and it will not be editable. If the job plan does need to be changed after it has been completed, the Administrator will update the status. The job plan would then go back through the agreement process.

If you have not signed off your job plan before the due date, a series of reminders will be issued to you by email. The reminders that are issued will be like:

 

NOTE: The content and frequency of the reminders that you receive will be determined by your Organisation.
