What is the difference between “5th” and “Last” week activities?

When planning activities in a monthly cycle, you will be asked to define which week/s of that month the activity occurs in. 

Not all months will have a fifth occurrence of a weekday and generally speaking, a 5th week may only happen approximately once a quarter.  The system gives you the opportunity to say that you want to do the activity on the 5th week when a 5th week occurs.

The system also gives you the option of defining an activity that happens in the Last week of a month, whether that is week 4 (if no week 5) or week 5 if there is one.

The difference between these is that there will always be a last week in the month, whether this is in the 4^th or 5^th week so selecting Last will schedule more occurrences in the job plan.

NOTE: Not all job plans occur over the period of one year so monthly occurrences would be pro-rated to the job plan start and end dates and will also reflect an adjustment for the Attending/working weeks.
